Changes from 2015 to 2016... Rules, Premiums, Plans, Exchanges, Etc.

I believe they are trying to confuse everyone, to insert the umbilical cord, where the clients are trained to only call big brother.

Quote of the day:

"A lot of agents [trying to enroll clients on HealthCare.gov] feel a little like Harry Potter when he was stuck under the stairs at his aunt and uncle's house. HHS has really failed to embrace agents and brokers as true partners. It's frustrating because there are tens of thousands of agents who go through training every year to get certified.... We're optimistic [about a new dedicated call center for brokers at HealthCare.gov] and hope for the best, but are also skeptical of the likely success of this initiative."

— Wesley Bissett, senior counsel for government affairs at the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, told AIS's Inside Health Insurance Exchanges.
