Trans doesn't hide the fact that the leads will be yours for a limited time. I think it's 45 days but it might be 90.

If you have run any FE B leads those are likely the old Transamerica leads from other agents. If you sell the lead with a Transamerica product, it doesn't get resold. If no Trans is sold to it, it's a B lead for the next guy. Helps keep the cost down.

I think its still a terrible system. Once an agent buys the mail drop or the per lead piece it should be their lead. No reselling. This is why so many agents are "one and done" or "hit it and get it" with FE clientele. They know that if they dont sell the prospect chances are the lead will be resold, either through their IMO or the lead house. There are only a handful of IMO's that DO NOT do this. 360 is one of them and I would assume FEX does not either. Just a little rant, I feel better.

They are selling the Trans leads though. I haven't seen their own resold. They would be easy to spot if they did. Maybe in the future though.

Securus double-sold my fresh leads which came through MSPM back a few years ago.

I'm fairly confident the YIG aged leads being sold were old Securus leads MSPM outsourced.

This would explain why so many people think MSPM resells leads. Your leads purchased through Securus were resold.

I have used MSPM for years and always liked them. I personally don't think they have ever resold my leads. I know many say they do but no one has ever been able to show me proof
