Sure they are, their mail house is in the town i grew up in and less than 80 miles from me, ive seen their leads and those are the exact ones offered in their emails.

Called TA today--they had no idea what I was talking about
Apparently some time ago I was switched (and I dont remember it) from Monumental to TA
MONUMENTAL does $325 per M mailings--the dood on the phone says there is no prereqs or requirements---other than I am now contracted with the wrong group

I was just about to respond to this thread saying the same thing you just found out.
Many agents don't realize that you can't do the TA leads through the Family Markets side. It has to be the Trans Premier side, and even at that not all IMO's have them available. Some of us do though!

I don't doubt it. I just hadn't seen them. I only saw the black and white more generic B leads.
Ive actually run those leads they have, over 15 months ago, terrible terrible prospects, broker than broke and the most poor I have ever dealt with. The IMO that used those at the time quickly switched to another mail house LOL

The order form for TA (NOT Monumental) has zips, income, ages just like any other service
The BIG difference is the piece is VERY VERY detailed--its about LIFE coverage and why they should have it and how much they want
I can see how it would reduce response---but at $322/M and getting responses from people that ACTUALLY know what they want may not be bad!
When I try it will post the outcomes

One can get a lot of input here for which I am grateful -- with many inputs and some logic and common sense--I try to sort bad to good and go from there. But there are no absolutes here or anywhere.
Many agents on here swear by TM leads--I can't get them to work for me. Does that make me deficient? Dont think so
One person said the TA DM leads didn't work. Not a big sample size.
I have tried other things fellow agents in my market do and they don't work for me---and vice versa. Doesnt make either of us "wrong"

I'm curious as to what HAS worked for you thus far. You mention all that HASN'T worked or won't work but I haven't seen what IS working. You don't care for TM leads. You don't want to drive for internet leads. Are you banking on Monumental leads in your backyard ONLY?
