CHF/Diabetes

I got a lady diabetic- Metformin, glipizide, gabapentin and cymbalta for neuropathy pain and CHF furosemide for her feet. Says they diagnosed her with CHF about 8 years ago

Any chance of level coverage. I've not written anything for UHL but have access to one of their apps and looks like she might get level.

Anybody familiar with UHLs UW? Will anybody else take CHF/diabetes graded?
