I had the impression that Jerard had been at this for quite a while and had no intention of doing anything else.

He's been a member for over 7 years, but hasn't posted in more than 2 years. I think he'd been doing this for a while.
I'm pretty sure he is out of the business. He had an issue with a policy that he wrote and never would respond back to us, so we terminated his contracts. Still, never heard another peep from him.

He might've died. I noticed in another thread that he said he used to be a debit agent.
Could be. For some odd reason we have problems with agents not calling us and letting us know that they have died and are out of the business.
