I'm not suggesting you have eyes locked constantly.But if someone introduces himself, looking you in the eye, and then breaks eye contact to look down at his shuffling feet, you'd not have a trust issue, would you? Sometimes it's not good to have too much eye contact. You might make a woman feel uncomfortable or they might think you're trying to keep from staring at the huge wart on the end of their nose.
