Copd + Plavix

Not UHC they will level 2 based on Plavix,
Anything even a stent 10 years ago is a heart condition to them
Aetna companies are good if its just maintenance for a stent or past heart attack or an even that is over the time periods
Who is ABL? are they an Aetna company? competitive?
Anytime I have looked at level 2 rates they are usually higher than almost everyone else, including what they have now.
