CUNA/Trustage Phone Sales

I had someone solicited over the phone direct from CUNA.
F ,64,T,approved level 12k $70 a month.
We called to verify and it’s a 7 question App. The last question has a 5 year look back,is comprehensive,asks about many things including diabetes.
I submitted her Am Am and was counter offered ROP.
She’s on metformin.
Something else in her medical records or script history.
Anybody know anything about this App ?
Can there be any yes answers to get level ?
Is it a group policy ?
