You have not helped your cause by lashing out against others on this forum.

For what it's worth, I'm contracted with Secure Horizons/AARP through you guys by way of a third party (who I wish would release me - he is useless). Anyway, Donna Searcy is invaluable to me. She is a GREAT problem solver. Anytime I've had issues with Secure Horizons or AARP, she has been able to get it resolved.
