1. Approach front door.Any pointers on best way to door knock those that have already been mailed to but haven't returned card?
I've just noticed that about 60% of lead cards filled out...people always say "what's this about?"
I might as well knock everyone I've mailed to if people are that ignorant..
If I were knocking cold, I would take a sample lead card out to show them, explain it briefly and create some excuse for showing up, and ask for an appointment.
I was thinking about knocking doors where I do have lead cards and saying something like "My company sent you one of these cards about a week ago, and out of courtesy I wanted to stop by and get this information to you."
