The list I've used is all women between 67 - 72, since they're normally the ones making the buying decision. How often have you sold a policy to a single man?
Any pointers on best way to door knock those that have already been mailed to but haven't returned card?

Just hit 20 to 30 doors daily and you should do just fine.
As long as you can stand the rejection and can grind it, it isn't as hard as they make it.
