Door Knocking on Nicer Homes

The nicest area close to fresno is clovis. Those houses are high income as you will get in the valley. If you really wanting to not leave fresno then try van ness. Its where they have christmastree lane in the winter.
These areas are the absolute worst areas for final expense. I've work fresno for 6 year and my whole group is based there. Your going to sell the most final expense in south central fresno. Sor far this month my agency has writtin 43k from just fresno. Its a great area for final expense.

Please describe, if you would, south central Fresno. Maybe give us a cross street so I can google street view it.... I have kind of a point system that allows me to work a street pretty fast. Namely, these are contraindicators and I skip the house. Any one of these is a knockout. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. I have my standards and I don't buy leads. 1. car parked on front lawn 2. car on jacks in driveway or front lawn. 3. broken blinds 4. torn or dirty curtains 5. toys 6. primer grey pickup truck 7.portable basketball hoop in driveway or street 8. grass needs cuttng 9. bad dog 10. property posted 11. Christmas tree lights on house in July (sign of procrastination or laziness) 12. prospect comes to door and has white rat on shoulder. Great prospect, made appt but I never went back. Cats and dogs okay but no snakes or rats. 13. Subaru or Prius in driveway. Maybe it's just me 14. messy yard, a sign of a messy life. Overall, I'm looking for signs of responsibility...Good indicators: Buick in driveway, oxygen in use sign on door, no smoking sign on door, wheelchair ramp, nice garden particularly roses, extra points for geraniums. Ashtray of cigarette butts on front porch, very good sign. They're already cremating themself and know it...

You just skipped Kentucky!

What's with the no Subaru? I LOVE Subarus. Awesome cars. It's basically a nice all wheel drive car for people who actually plan to pay it off eventually.

Some of that post was good but ...no toys? You don't sell grandmas?

No cars on blocks? I been meaning to fix up the Camero eventually.

I'm rethinking the Subaru indicator. (My daughter just bought one...)...My favorite indicator, that fills my heart with gladness, is a license plate on a Buick, that says, "Granny's the name, spoilin's the game..."...I admit the Subaru WRX is a hell of car...I wish I could fit into one...

Fla2cali, aren't there any trailerparks in your area?

A few. Not too many where I live.

I think I just need to have a little courage. DKing isn't my thing because I'm a little self conscience. I'm 6'5, so Im trying not to be too intimidating. But I guess everyone has their weaknesses. If I was too short I would probably use that as an excuse. I just need to do it, and get out there.

It's an excuse.

Just take a few steps back and down the stairs if need be to level yourself out.

The Subaru Baha's turbo charged aren't bad either.

I think in KY that two cars on blocks indicates that you are middle class.

I have heard that when they come to the door if you drop something or stubble and be very apologetic psycologically it will undo any reservation they have about dominance due to your height.

Have to disagree with you there. Phoenix has wealthy suburbs (Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, etc). Fresno has.... Clovis? The weather in the Central Valley is awful year round too.

Don't get me wrong, I have a ton of family from Hanford. I love the area in a weird/nostalgic/small town kind of way. But a comparison to Phoenix is waaaayyy off base.

To my original point, the central valley in CA is a very rural area, which has is very good for FE sales. The Phoenix metropolitan area is the exact opposite of that.

I know a guy whose family lives 30 miles from Phoenix. So I know it pretty well also.
