I can definatly relate. I work in Southern California and this is a problem. When ever I drive up to a house like this, I simply call them on the phone. I ditch all sales technique and get right to the point. Miraculously, Im supprised every now and again when somebody wants me to come in and sell them some life insurance.

Just bigger policies. It is all life insurance. Find a need/problem and a desire to fix it. They sent in a card for a reason.

Call avoidance of rich people is the agent's self conscious problem of being intimidated. Give me your wealthy leads and i'll take care of them for you. We can work out an equatable comm split.

For Phoenix area add Sun Lakes. Chandler, western Tempe, Glendale area - there are good pockets here. If you want to travel to to Prescott much cooler.
