EFES Newbie

Hello,
To all EFES people and those with knowledge of the company.
I have a question about getting started with this company. I have called 3 separate times and left 3 messages( over 9 days ago) with
a live receptionist. No return calls. Is his typ of EFES (because they are very busy)
or should this be enough to show me how they conduct themselves? If anyone has had this same issue please reply. Thank you in advance for you reply.

We jumped through similar hoops before we got together with the right Manager... EFES is not like MOST IMO's that JUMP to recruit anything with a license... Do your du diligence and it can pay off...

They dont always return my calls promptly & Ive had to speak to my Reg Manager about it....and to this day, they still dont in a timely fashion. I dunno if they are overworked or what, and Im POSITIVE it has something to do with the amount of biz u submit to them.

Calling the receptionist gets u nowhere in my opinion....who are you trying to reach? Or are u just trying to get some general info & u dont have a name yet?

To each their own, but that would get a big **** you from me. My clients would not put up with this from me or one of my companies. I would not put up with it from anyone that I did business with. Especially if I was paying them. If they are "so busy" they should be able to afford to hire someone to handle business. Could be they are just training you.

I have zero experience with them. Seems like this is post here a lot. One caution TD, I understand they monitor the site

Just my two cents.

I know they monitor the site, but that's the truth from MY exp, rather they like it or not! If they dont, they should fix it....no company is perfect, I would still recommend them. I dont have to contact them often, but when I do its a pain to wait for responses, period end of story! Something tells me JD and those other top guys never have this problem.

By the way, if u look at my #'s this month, which is 1 of the worst Ive had so far...it feels like Im a newbie, NOTHINGS going right with these leads! But that wont deter my work ethic.

Nature of the beast. My biggest slumps are self imposed. This time of year I find myself wanting to play instead of work. Just to nice outside.

In the spirit of Arn...I like too go outside, to.

Thank you for your replys on my EFES phone issues.
My attempt to contact them was to get info on getting contracted with them in the PA area. Concept was for me to go short term parttime then phase into full time. At this point I am doing an over/ under with my friend on how many calls it takes to get a reply. But really seems like that dog just don't hunt, so time to look for a new dog.

I sent you a PM on who to contact and a number. You may not still want to but, if you do, the number I gave you will get you in contact with EFES.

just tell them FU and go independent. you don't need them if you know how to sell, and you can order your own leads. I know JD and others here use them, but you are taking a big haircut on renewals and 1st yr comp. Then you can't reach them so they can at least pretend to earn their override? :err:

3 words that every agent needs to survive in this biz- Consistent Lead Flow.

Me trying to juggle mail drops & paying 400+/1000 (response rate here is. 8-1%) isn't worth another 15pts or so.
