I'm inclined to agree with you that at such discounted rates we should show reasonableness and not return for credit some that may be technically creditable and which we might return at reg pricing.
Very noble of Thad to encourage you to anyway--------makes it real easy to do business with the man who himself is generous in his reasonableness.
I'm on my first batch of leads and expect to be a ongoing buyer maybe to the point of doing no DM-----------with my situation I'm not as concerned with absolute income as I am ROI which I'm expecting to quite acceptable with these Janes if I can load up enough when specials are run
Jane does sound good---------surprising so many don't realize whats on other end of the call even when she talks over or are oblivious to them on occasion
Had to share this Jane recording. Ol' Elroy told me that Jane was an "absolute crazy woman", "almost like she wasn't listenin to nuthin I was saying". So I had a to go find the recording to listen for myself. I would agree with him in that they might have had a little communication breakdown.

lol....that's why I don't listen to them
I got in touch with FEXContracting and had a guy send me some contracting info.....When I sent back in the agent setup I had this guy call me and asked me what carriers that I wanted to contract with, then I got a post from Your Insurance Group with the info that I sent FEX.....Is this a legit thing?

I can't listen to any of them all the way through. That's the only one I've ever listened to to the end. I was cracking up the whole way.

Fex's Trans and MoO contracts are through YIG. So it's legit. Maybe contacting Scott or Travis would have been better than asking here though.
Who was the guy that called you? If YIG is calling Fex agents behind their back, they may get upset.

I ran Steve/Jane leads exclusively for a long time last year. At least 7-8 months. I've used TM leads pretty much exclusively for years. ROI has been great.
But now my areas have been "over-called." ThTs the only way I can explain it. Where I used to get 10-25 leads a day from a county, now only 1-6 for 3 counties.
They're just saturated. Plus with any telelead, not just Thads, you will have a much higher % of no shows, broke people, crazy people and worst of all sick/GI people.
If you work an urban area, which is the only way you can stay in the same place for any length of time, those %s will be higher.
I wish I had listened years ago and bought 20 DM leads a week and supplemented with TM. Now I'm moving on to DM and continuing to supp with TM, but just not as many TM leads a week because of the over-calling I've had done in my counties.

Be careful with over mailing the DM lead cards. You can end up with the same effect and start getting really poor returns. How are the returns for you in Indiana? Was talking with a guy the other day in your state that said he wanted to get on a fixed cost lead because his returns were up and down!
North of Indy where it's more populated you can average 1.5-2%. Down here in Indy and below you'll get right around 1%. Fixed priced leads are where it's at down here.
