Thad, You have 1291 emails in your YIG Inbox? That's crazy dude. I just created a sorting rule a while back so all their stuff bypasses my inbox.
No no that's my entire email box.
Well, par for the course. ---------- Getting into bed with YIG is simply foolish, no difference than LH. If you get there emails you can clearly see why.
Newby do you give higher than street of 115% on trans? Many imo's give 120% minimum with no production requirement. Unless you're giving 125% with no production requirement then your yig upline not doing anything for the agent.

YIG is in my TransAmerica up line and I see it as a plus. Spammy emails? Yes but you can send them straight to spam folder if you want to. Over priced leads? I have no idea. I don't need their leads since FexContracting has their own lead options. But apparently their agents are writing more TransAmerica off those junk leads than any other IMO on the forum so they can't be all bad. Multi-tiered agent recruiting? Yes, they promote that junk. But so do most IMOs. The agents that fall for those "building a team" contracts are always going to find someone to take their money. So what's good about our TransAmerica deal with YIG? Gives the agents a great product at a great commission level and access to learn from the highest producing individual TransAmerica agent in the country. Nice bonus. Now I did have to listen to some complaining from an agent today about how he felt screwed over by a different IMO that put him under a guy that was under him with some cheap leads and 100% contracts and blah, blah, blah. But I didn't think bad of the IMO or the middle-man. I told the agent, you take lower contracts for "cheap leads" or "training" or what ever and it's buyer beware. Because that's where these sad stories all start.
