Enhanced Jane Leads.....

Great question!

I look at a few variables. To me, it depends on how many leads you are going to be working every week and how good you are on the phone. Are you still going to be mixing in TM leads?

If you're taking less than 20 leads a week, door knock em!
More than 20 then consider calling to set appointments and DK around them.

A lot of agents are afraid to call like I was when my wife and I got into this business. Giving great phone is a bit of an art and it does take a little time to get comfortable with. This is where your mentor comes in and works with you to cut through the learning curve.

Here's my phone script!

Great advice. Thanks. I have no problem on the phone, however, I 'd love to see your script (not attached) one can never stop learning and getting better at what we do.

Glad you picked up on that! ---------- You see it as a plus...they spam your downline with unsolicited emails...AWESOME...You are a moron! Then you can send them to your SPAM folder...cool...guess what Newby..I unsubscribed and they sent me an email today from a different email about their latest and greatest producer...straight from Tim Winders email.. F that...thanks for more SPAM. These guys are no better than Amerilife...which I don't think you'd be so quick to defend...WTH man. Multi-tiered recruiting...pretty sure that YOU or TK or 360 aren't promoting that...although 360 has plenty of shills on here..hehehe NOW....you say you had to hear from an agent..blah, blah, blah...how about ME...I NOT SO DISCRETELY...unsubscribed from their garbage SPAM emails...only to get an email from Tim Winders today...WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP. I'll say this publicly...you are SOOOOOOOOOOOO LUCKY that Travis is your business partner...if not for him the vast majority of people I know would've jumped ship LOOOOONG ago. Travis is slinging bucks in Vegas, which is the ONLY reason that my transfer papers don't hit your desk first thing in the morning. My loyalty lies with him and him alone...once a COMPANY MAN...always a COMPANY MAN... So for the record Scott..as my upline..you can lose my number...I'm done with you and your crock of crap. Travis is my boy...and I'm in it with him. FOR ALL OF YOU COMPETING IMO'S..TK and 360...anyone wanting to jump in and start bashing FEX...well you will have hell to pay....STAY OUTTA THIS ONE. D

Well Donnie I'm sorry you feel that way. But I think you've been hanging around the nursery school too long. Spam doesn't mean squat. I don't like that WIN spams the agents but I've had 10X more good feedback than bad from the agents about our association with them and Tim in particular. They do offer quite a bit of extra value with no cost to anyone other than spammy emails about their lead programs.

The great thing about this business is you don't have to deal with anyone you don't want to deal with. If you don't respect what I do then I would certainly move on. Because I can promise you I'm not going to change. So if you have any sense at all you will have your transfer papers to me today. I look forward to seeing you as someone else's problem from now on.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: there are two kinds of groups; those who try to make money with you, and those that try to make money off you. YIG is obviously the latter....despite how anyone tries to spin it.

Looks like you're getting John Galt-ed. They're dropping like flies...

----------

Name the IMO that you find has the highest minimum commission levels and I wil be happy to compare.
Wow, I'm disappointed.

You're on here pimping YIG and Transamerica. peteybear asks a very accurate, fair, straightforward question. You have a choice to be a stand up guy...or to dance. You chose to dance.

What's the dance? Has he come up with anything?

Everyone else gives out 130% as their minimum commission with all companies. In fairy-tail land.

Here's the dance... You're posting about how YIG gives so much "extra value". peteybear mentions that TA street is 115%. If you're not giving 120-125% where's the extra value? You duck and weave. That's the dance.

YIG has nothing to do with what commission we give or anything to do with how we run out agency.

The extra value is training, presentations and scripts from Tim who has sold more of that particular product than anyone else.

Do you understand now?

I've listened to several of YIG's Friday morning "calls"...here's what I've heard; incessant pimping for their leads and software...that they sell.

Secondly, I've heard Tim Winders utter a handful of words, trying to turn Shannon Davey into deity. If he had his nose any further up Shannon's butt and sneezed, he'd break his neck.

Haven't heard any "training, presentations and scripts".

So yes, I understand.

You are on the wrong calls.

We've had him come on Fex calls and you get very good substance. I got a dozen emails from agents after the call saying how good it was. And the agents interact and ask direct questions.

What FEX does and what YIG does are polar opposites. But my point is parking a contract under a top producer that is willing to share what works for him is much better than most places that you can park contracts. And if some spam comes long with that, pffffftttt. I don't like it but it's a fair trade off.

I've personally never listened to a YIG call. But I imagine they are nothing like ours. But I did attend one of their agent conferences in Orlando. And I would have to say I was impressed with the agents. They were happy. They were following a structured system that was laid out for them and there were some successful guys in that room. So no, I don't dismiss them as another NAA or Amerilife, etc. They have a very different business model than FexContracting for sure. I like ours much better. But many agents need and thrive with less choices and more structure. And that's what they offer.
