What I LOVE...is that Scott is just talking a about the SPAM....

When we partnered with YIG we got a 5-point bump on our Trans contract which we passed to the agents. So minimum wage with Trans went from 110% to 115%. That was not a requirement of YIG. They have no control of what we do. We just got a bump so we gave the minimum wage a bump.

What Petey is trying to imply is that all the other IMOs have 125% as their minimum contract. I'm calling BS on that because I get agents move contracts to me all the time from every IMO that are on lower contracts. If Petey will just name the IMO that gives them all the 125% then it will be good for everyone because it would alert any agent with that IMO with a less contract that he needs to get bumped to their minimum. And it would force the rest of us IMOs to to compete with the bar set a little higher.

When we public ally bumped every agent to a minimum of 115% some of the other IMOs complained to Trans. When we bumped RNA's minimum to 120% there was a huge effort by other IMOs to get that restricted. I even had an agent at the 5-Star convention tell me his IMO has him convinced that we can't be profitable giving Every agent 120% with RNA. Even though that spread is larger than other spreads we work with.

The fact is, this is the free enterprise system at work. What we do is good for agents whether you are with us or not. What our competitors do is good for our agents whether they are with them or not.

Every IMO is out to make money. Working with thinner margins requires us to work a little harder. We do it. Some others do a good job too. But no body does it better. And any time I have an agent that doesn't appreciate what I do, I don't wish bad things on him. But I think he needs to move on. Because I work hard and I don't have enough time to spend with all the agents who value my time. I don't want to spend one minute of it on someone who thinks I don't add value to their business.

I wish you on most of this until you take a veiled stab at me. I get it if that's what you think. But you couldn't be more wrong about me.

I do not recruit. I do not have a down line and don't want one. Any advice I give here is unbiased. Or as unbiased as possible. I do have a preference for FEX since that's my IMO and travis is my best friend in this business. And one of my best friends period.

I do not have a higher contract with FEX than anyone else can get with them. I get no bonuses from FEX. I don't get any kickbacks. So to imply otherwise is just nonsense.

I was accused of the same when I was with EFES. But I got nothing special from them either.

I get pm after pm from agent wanting me to recruit them. They will all tell you that I do not.

As for your posts, I agree with what you say you are hearing privately. I enjoy reading them and I can tell you are not a piker.

I never ever said imo's were giving out 120-125's on trans to every agent. You implied that your affiliation with yig allowed you to give higher commissions at 115% with trans and that's what most imo's give as bare street trans. So I was questioning how your affiliation with yig is really helping other agents with so called "higher commissions" I'm just of the belief If i'm an agent of Jd's are Gonners caliber why should you the imo make more than a 5-10% spread? If i'm no liability to you and i'm doing nice production what gives you the right to make $30-$40K(20% spread on a $150k-$200K) ?My job as a high producing free money to my imo is to push you to the wall.You scratch my back and i'll scratch yours. We're a partnership. You Let me ride your high overall contracts and I pay you 5-10%.There are imo's out there giving 120% plus with trans if you just ask.
