Does anyone know how the Northern California market might be for these? I am 45 min from San Francisco, 30 min from Oakland, 30 min from Napa, and 45 min from Suckramento

I am basically in the center of all that. A lot of these areas are probably higher income/more sophisticated clients who probably have these financial issues taken care of already.

Don't go out there with any preconceived notions. You never never never never know until you get out there and present your best self. Just go and do it. Brush up on your presentation, become an expert in your products, be personable, take control and go write a policy. Repeat. Good luck.

I did a telephone app and the policy was issued. Lucky thing I have a non-res license.

BTW, somehow she got over the flu about 9:05am.
