I didn't even make the trip. Her husband called at 9 am to tell me she had the flu and can't get out of bed. I'm glad they called...

Does anyone know how the Northern California market might be for these? I am 45 min from San Francisco, 30 min from Oakland, 30 min from Napa, and 45 min from Suckramento

I am basically in the center of all that. A lot of these areas are probably higher income/more sophisticated clients who probably have these financial issues taken care of already.

Stockton or Elk Grove? I write some in SF but not FE, Oakland and the East Bay are money, Sacramento in a large market. However, Modesto to Sacramento is a larger area with a lot of people that buy. As has been said, just do it.

I have great clients (brokers) in all of those areas. It's funny but outside of the immediate bay area (I love how people in Vacaville say that they are "bay area") ranchers and farmers north of Sac tend to have a LOT of dough.

Same with the farmers all the way down the valley. Even the small Almond and other tree fruit gentleman farmers.
