It is. That is the email that it sends which has your name and number on it along with any message you want. The online display is great and you can choose all companies or your preselected one. I"m home sick and was on the phone with the wife and needed something to occupy myself so I posted it for you. Kept me from blowing my brains out. ha

Here is the pre-calculated rate document: Forethought Rates

And I can marry the HIPAA with any state application you need.. it's what I'm doing for my folks to make it easier.

You're right, it is kind of awkward to have to have another document to print and I'm sure it's being forgotten here and there.

It is odd, most non med apps only require MIB disclosures.. Never got to deep into the legal aspects of contracts but always thought Hippa forms were only for fully underwritten/medical exam policies

HIPAA authorization only encompasses the first two years and is standard so that they're authorized to get medical records during the constestibility period. I think you'll find them in all apps for that purpose. The authorization expires after 24 months.

It's on the Foresters PlanRight application, too (Section 9) but is not called HIPAA.

Noted.. thanks for the heads up...

Maybe I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but what purpose does a return of premium serve on a final expense policy?

If they have a plan where it doesn't pay a death benefit for the first two or three years it will return all premiums paid plus some interest if they die that early in the policy.

Just a heads up to any florida agents- be careful on Forethoughts agent guide when determining level, graded or ROP

Theres an extra question on Florida apps that throw the guide outta wack- quetion 25 is really question 26 and so on...
