Family First Life won't release me.

What happens if they leave a company offering KSKJ and the accepting IMO
Beside AmAm's anti military stuff, meaning I'm not even talking about that, they are one of the 2 or 3 worst companies I've dealt with in my career. They are down there with Americo and LH.

FEX gets agents coming in from other IMO's singing the praises of AmAm. They aren't with FEX long before they realize they have been fooled by the previous IMO.

We worked with them for years. Maybe they're under different leadership than when you dealt with them, but they have competitive rates, ss billing, eapps, voice signature, so they're an all around good carrier. Especially for telesales. I think we lead off with them in our call center. Brandon runs that so I'm not sure lol.

They're not good for replacing and I know I might have replaced one or two in my career lol.

But the fact of the matter is 90% of agents aren't very good and don't replace the stuff they ethically could anyway.

How else do we get in houses with 4-5 policies from different companies and different agents?

A good reason to have an automated system that reaches out on birthdays, 5-6 holidays a year, weekly with funny, witty, engaging content to keep you top in mind.

Creates all sorts of "Oh hey my sister needs some insurance!" or "I want to add some of my grandbabies!"

Same management. Same company. Same uselessness. I see the rates. They are anything but competitive. Just replaced one this morning. It was a Northstar sale. Hit the double in that house. Replaced a 6 year old SL too. On the SL the lady was paying $45/mo for $20K. I got her $50K for $44/mo. And she's getting $600 from SL. Did I mention the SL was 6 years old?? They claim competitive rates too. It was also sold by phone.

I wish you great success in that call center. I love them all!!

Hey David, thanks for replying. FFL has this lengthy one-sided release contract in order to release anything and it must be signed by the agent and the new IMO. It's pretty ugly. The carrier in particular is AmAm, but again, FFL won't release any carriers without this one-sided contract signed.

For Aetna, I was just planning on waiting for 6 months with no activity. Is this okay, or is there something I should do differently?

Right. You have to sign FFL's specific release to move.

Touché. But we don't have to call KY lol. You guys have the best replacement rules in the US.

Call center is going great. Thanks!

I just run Autopilot nowadays.

Has nothing to do with our replacement rules.

I replace just as many in Indiana and Tn.

I do know that AmAm has great upline contracts. Thus, the uplines sell their souls and tout it.

Kinda like you with one particular company when you were with us. Then when you became an upline at another imo you were back on board with that piece of shat company and pimping them like nobody's business.

I get it, that's what y'all do. If it works for you then good on you.

Just don't try to sell me on that BS.

Ok..

What company would you lead off with for a call center?
