    Hi all,

Does anyone know if there are any carriers in Washington that will issue a policy for face amounts less than $5,000?

Everyone seems to start at 5K.

    Thanks!

$5000 is the Commie state's required minimum face amount. That's better than their previous $25,000 min face.

I thought it was a nannie state. Did the commies invade it too?

The nannies are communist on top of being nannies.

Try Cigna. They go down to $2,000 on their FE app in WA.

That's must have been changed, because I've written $3000 face amounts there.

One, you would be amazed how many companies truly are not aware of some state specific requirements. Funny and sad.

Two, I believe you can issue smaller policies, but there are some weird quirks in the rules that effectively make it not worth the effort. For instance, the rule never was $25,000, but there were some rules based upon cash value and age that make it very difficult to comply with for policies under that amount.
