FE Mailers

Todd,

Have you used this response?

I've only used it to the extent of telling them that I should bring the card by to show them the signature, not mentioning the police, but I would tell them there might be a serious problem with someone else signing their name and they should look into it. Then of course I set the appointment.

I just thought of adding the police part in when I read the question. I thought it would add even more urgency or get the truth out of them!

In 16-years only a very few have remembered filling out the card.

The reason is they just thought they were going to get a brochure. They didn't remember asking for someone to actually contact them. No matter what the card said.

Did a door knock a week ago and the lead said we should put on the mailer that "someone would come by to explain the program". The only one so far that hear this from.

EFES puts on the lead card that it "may be delivered by a representative".

Doesn't make any difference if they want to use that excuse. They say they didn't see that on the card. I know that's not true because many people mark that out on the card and write, "do not send representative".

It's like the LH letter that send to all respondents. The manager told me when I started with them that, "the people that want insurance will admit to getting the letter, the rest will claim they never got it". I found that to be right on the mark.

The one's who write "don't send anyone" or "do not call" seem to be easier than ave. to close, provided you get over that 1st TALL hurdle. Once you get over that hurdle it gets easier every 5 min.

I agree. I don't pay any attention to that when they write it on the card. Rarely have they ever mentioned it again once I'm in the home.

The FE market is full of serial mailers. They don't know what they might have put on the card.

The ones that still tickle me now are the ones that claim they didn't send it, but they used one of their own preaddressed labels on the card. I tell them, "not only did someone forge your signature, they got into your personal address labels as well".:D

Going to doorknock 24 leads that I 1) couldn't reach on the phone or 2)said they weren't interested on the phone. I think a few of them even got really short with me on the phone...this could get interesting...lol

Wish me luck!
