Why not mail them also? They responded once they will again.

This is a good idea.When I was with EFES we would use a rebirth letter where we we send out a quick note with a copy of the original lead and then follow up shortly thereafter with a phone call. The letter would refresh their memory and it often times was like a brand new lead all over again.
