I guess it irks me how Ron Powell has assembled a team of Koolaide drinking recruiters . This has nothing to do with senior life in itself . It really has nothing to do with the product of senior life . It's all about the koolaid of recruiting to wealth . Selling the mlm dream of wealth by recruiting. Having layers of down lines under you to protect against chargebacks . Damm well knowing the guy at 80% recruiting guys at 60% has zero chance of making it . He'll be eaten up by chargebacks .
LBL will take ITIN. I'm also appointed with a small regional carrier that has a space on the app for SSN, but doesn't require one. They're only in a few states, though. What states are you in?I am looking for a company that will write a policy for someone without a SSN. ITIN at most or foreign passport.
I haven't done and FE in some time.
Any recomendations?
You are correct in your math above. At Sr Life the lowest contract is 90%. If a manager has a team of producing agents that can be adjusted. If a solo agent has a track record of solid production that can also be adjusted.
If an agent starts at 90%, then once they issue 5k in a one month period they promote themselves to 95%. Can go all the way up to 150%, but becomes more challenging at each % level. No one can be held back by their upline, but can promote themself based on their or team's production.
So if a 120% guy recruits a 100% guy . If he gets to 130% self promoting what happens to his overide . Will the 120% guy who recruited him be pushed up above 130% based on the production of the guy that hits 130% . As I recall to even get to 140% is what $8-$10 mil ? And the 150% was $18 mil ? Few few getting to that
