Here's the question: are "Press 1" leads legal?

I heard that there may be ways around this.

I'm actually implementing a press 1 campaign to take a poll to see if press 1 campaigns are:

- Currently legal and are a wonderful thing by giving options.
- Not legal, but should be
- Should be called Press 2 campaigns
- Currently involved in a campaign and can't participate

So far, nobody has selected the not-offered option of these are not legal. Scientifically this has proven there is broad support for press 1 campaigns, and little public resistance to make them illegal.
