Isn't that only a Level 2 violation? I thought that a Level 1 was correcting a post regarding where someone lives.

There has been discussion about making them both Level 1, but you are correct, as it sits now it is only a Level 2 violation.

I feel that it is "overkill" to have both a national DNC list and a ban on robo-dialers.
I think the national DNC list should be adequate enough. If a person doesn't want to receive calls from robo-dialers they should just place their number on the DNC list.
Also, how ironic that businesses can't contact consumers on the DNC or use robo-dialers to call them, but politicians and charities can.
...As if people aren't angry when they receive a call from a politician or charity!
