I guess so. I don't know anything about them. I've seen the logo flying around here and there.

I have no idea what IMO I'm in but at least I don't have mandatory Kool aid calls and sales conventions.

If you have a complaint, who do you call?

Being independent, I call the company when I have a problem...not the FMO. One more layer to go through that probably doesn't know what they're talking about anyway.
