Fex Contracting or the Insurance Squad

Are you bitter because I told you that you were not a good match for my team?

You mean that time you mistakenly thought I was interested in working with you even though I had been contracted with Senior Life since 2016? No I'm not bitter about that.

But I would like to see a rundown between you and Josh. I think you guys should make another thread.

My bad, I'm talking to a lot of people, sorry.

Ok, maybe Josh and I could.post up here what we can each offer? Josh.....what do you say?

Senior Life is an amazing company. They have awesome rates on some products. They have superior lead generation. They utilize technology in ways others wish they could.

But - they suck on requiring the cheesy LA stuff to earn the higher commissions and renewals. That product isn't regulated and may or may not be around when someone dies and needs it in future years.

But - they have a very restrictive non-compete and non-solicit in their contract. No way an agent that organically creates their own leads and recruits their own agents could sign that in good faith.

But - if someone doesn't write new business within 30 to 60 days - they could be terminated with cause.

But - depending on the Manager - an Agent may not be fully vested for a year or two.

One Life - has none of the issues above.

On the career side - you can get leads fronted - but, your commission is less.

On the broker side - they are a powerful IMO with above street contracts.

Plus - they have Medicare, Annuity and Supplemental contracts too.

Plenty of other differences - save that for another day.
