Final Expense FMO

Hi Greg,
I have been selling final expense the traditional way for about a year and doing well but am interested in phone sales. You had mentioned that you represent LH. Is that Lincoln Heritage? Could you tell me what company or companies it is you are representing and which companies work the best for you. Do you know anything about Baltimore Life telesales? Appreciate your feedback.

Yes, Lincoln Heritage. Senior Life also has tele sales down pat. Remember...some agents fail both in the field and selling on the phone. Both require "burning desire to succeed", plenty of FRESH EXCLUSIVE leads, good solid training, and good upline support.

Don't know much NEW info on BL. Used to hear that charge backs using them were deducted from your NEXT advance comm. With us chargebacks are never deducted from your next advance comm., they are deducted from your UN-advanced comm.

I believe with BL you do a 3 way with underwriting and the proposed insured. But if underwriting closes at 5:30 pm....you can't sell on the phone after 5:30. Not good for the ambitious agent. Don't know if they have wised up and extended their underwriting hours.

We use a digital recorder with the proposed insured. This way we can sell after 5:30 pm and on Sat. (or even Sun.).
