Great observation. If FEX isn't providing a lot of the leg work (training, group chat, being available to take agents calls) it doesn't seem like there's a reason to take the comp hit, IMO.

Either Jose doesn't really know what's out there or Fex is using him to build him and rebrand since they more than likely lost some business after Travis' wife felony charges.

Fex depended on this forum for recruiting. I'm not sure if anyone outside this forum even knows who they are.

I would venture to guess that 90% of Fex's agents don't know that the forum exists.

Also, I don't know details exactly, but my understanding is that this situation with Jose happened because Jose went to Travis and asked to make it happen. Jose starting his own agency was Jose's idea. It's not something Scott and Travis are actively working on.

I'm very surprised by the fascination and speculation about the inner workings of FEX though. It's weird to think you guys spend so much time thinking about them.

?? I think you have me confused with someone else. I registered here 6/7/2016, got licensed 7/7/2016. Sold part-time for a year and a half, been full-time with DM leads since February of this year.

Respectfully, CFC's arrangement is only relevant to CFC.

As far as training and leg work, we are well capable of doing ourselves, and this way lends it self to only CFC's training for new and old recruits witch will give us immediate feedback of our success.

No. I share other subtle things because my presentation is different lol
But yes on ride alongs its easier to share because something's are non verbal gestures expressions and yes wording.

I do agree about non verbal gestures in person. I remember when I was riding with another guy (not for FE) and he had a certain facial expression at a certain point in the presentation and anyway it worked well. I started using that. I normally would have talked too much.
