Final Expense IMO's for a Beginner

The interview sounded like Jose is now getting 10 or 15 points above their stated street only because Jose was the company hero last year and sold the most.:skeptical: They say a special exception was made for Jose. Jose needs that 15 points so that he can offer high level street commissions to his agents the interview said. This is the real foggy area here. Does Jose now get the higher commish even on his own business? I imagine he does. Sticky deal. Some guy who knocked out only 100,000 for the past few years still gets 120 but Jose gets 130?
Good deal for FEX.. As long as Jose is there, they are protected from commission debt roll-ups.....It has been said that an IMO or upline needs at least a 20 -25 point margin over their subagents in order to cover the rollups and make a profit.. It sounds as if Jose is assuming the risk at half that amount if he is giving agents the FEX "street".. Maybe not so good of a deal for Jose?

Did you finally start actually "selling" instead of hanging out in the forum just "telling" ?

?? I think you have me confused with someone else. I registered here 6/7/2016, got licensed 7/7/2016. Sold part-time for a year and a half, been full-time with DM leads since February of this year.

And you really don't seem to be the one who should be calling folks out like that anyway, right? You seem to be the one who always has some scheme stuck in perpetual start-up phase.

Great observation. If FEX isn't providing a lot of the leg work (training, group chat, being available to take agents calls) it doesn't seem like there's a reason to take the comp hit, IMO.
