haven't you heard,I am here to help and have been since I joined by bringing people personal production up to what they thought was not real for them and others. 98% of people here don't talk trash about someone behind a ghost name that's only a handful of you all. That speaks to me about the character of the person who's advise I take...If people are going to trash someone at least be a man and say who you are. just my opinion

The interview sounded like Jose is now getting 10 or 15 points above their stated street only because Jose was the company hero last year and sold the most. They say a special exception was made for Jose. Jose needs that 15 points so that he can offer high level street commissions to his agents the interview said. This is the real foggy area here. Does Jose now get the higher commish even on his own business? I imagine he does. Sticky deal. Some guy who knocked out only 100,000 for the past few years still gets 120 but Jose gets 130?

What's funny is theyre probably still making a higher override than Jose is without doing any of the work...

I assume this is because FEX doesn't want to give the impression of "building" in their own group chat.

That is possible. Could it also be that there is some internal re-structuring taking place? Newbie indicates that while they do not encourage agency building that they nonetheless have other agencies under FEX besides CFC. Are these agencies under both Newbie and TT? Is CFC under both, or just under Newbie, for example. I do not know, but neither do any of use, for that matter.

It is different than EFES and other IMO's to be sure. On the leader board for EFES, for example, there are at least 15 different agencies represented by the top 100 producers. We each are under an agency, but we all are within the EFES umbrella too, and we share in all EFES has to offer. So even though I am under XYZ agency, all of us within XYZ still participate in EFES training, EFES group chat, EFES road shows, EFES training materials, etc.

I am not sure why FEX does not structure their agency relationships the same as most other IMO's do, but it is an interesting question, and one that probably deserves an answer.

In CFC's we our own group chat our own leaderboard our own calls and our own training etc.

Then you would know if it has changed from the version you read.here. What are the differences?
