I'm finding many people are becoming "gurus" in this space. Some of whom have never even been a full time telesales agent. That's irresponsible in my opinion.

A free script will cost you thousands in leads cost to make feasible.

All advice should be vetted and the source should be researched.

Find the people who were doing telesales before they were forced to.

On a pay per lead basis you can get TV at $30 the absolute cheapest.

When I cash buy I can usually get it below that.

The only problem with using from a vendor is the inconsistency. As soon as someone is willing to bid more per lead your flow is cut.

I try to not buy any leads and generate everything in house.

National Media Connection and Ring2Media are two pretty good pay per lead vendors.

The cost not for TV is dirt cheap, but I suspect all the vendors have such high demand that the price has skyrocketed and they are making a killing.

My total marketing budget has never been this low and my total production has never been this high.

Yes total conversion can be very low based upon lead type.

My total conversion on TV leads is around 12%, but remember I only sell one product.

My total conversion on FB leads is around 6% but again, one product.

The agents I work with however only talk to qualified prospects, so their closing is much much higher.

I stopped selling leads when I had children. I couldn't babysit both agents and my offspring at the same time.

Now, the only agents that get leads that I generate are the ones I train.

My average agent sells around $20,000 of annual premium over the phone per month.

They don't need me to watch over them.

Here's a gal that failed with a well known IMO. She wrote over 200k in premium in 9 months.
