There's always unicorns for sure. Those guys could sell whatever they wanted. They are GOOD agents. Overall however, agents that are constantly selling on price don't last very long in my experience.

Perhaps, but that takes nothing away from the success of Travis's and Scott's system, especially given the number of 200K producers they have trained up and retained.

It was a decently high number when you consider $200K plus is what ... top 5%? Top 2%? Someone posted the numbers from last year somewhere, either here or on Facebook. I don't know the number but I think they had 20 or 30 guys above $200K. But I honestly do not know the number, but when I saw it I thought it was impressive.

lol They're a lot smarter than guys like you and me who are still wasting our time here. You didn't run no one off. They dropped you. What makes you think you'd be able to run anyone off?

I've had an agenda since I've joined.
Exposing the BS the industry has been pushing for years, and helping the 80%+ of agents who are doomed to fail within 24 months of getting their license.
I don't feel like I'm wasting my time at all.
The thugs that couldn't hang and were exposed hid and ran away... there is more healthy, open dialogue now for it.
You may not like that since they were your cronies, but the rest of us are thankful.
