Final Expense Telesales Tips

Man, you’re hiring the people.

That doesn't matter. Every crooked agent was hired by someone who thought that agent was an honest and trustworthy person. Then that so called honest agent........

_ went out and rolled business, quit, and left that mgr. with debt
_clean sheeted the health questions
_lied about the coverage to Ms. Jones knowing Ms. Jones wouldn't even look at her policy when she received it
ETC.

Every agent will say to a recruiter "yea I'm honest" even if that's incorrect
Zero agents will say to a recruiter "yea I'm a dishonest person".

Stuff like that happens.

But if you’re truly on a mission to help the struggling agent, the only way you do that is to prop them up financially.

If you’re not willing to do that, then don’t say you’re there to help the struggling agent.

A payday loan does not help people, it almost always sets them back further. You’re offering the same solution.

You see, when I buy leads for the agents at North Star, the burden of their success falls squarely on me.

You want to help but want that burden to fall on them.

How many recruiters tell agents, Yes, we're a dishonest FMO? :err:

Truth!

But many Recruiters / Managers don't care that they are hanging debt on the agent - normally a new agent that doesn't know any better . . .

Thankfully - Vector stopped allowing lead debt on their reports.

I'm as transparent as any Recruiter can be.

I tell them the good and the bad.

Thankfully, I represent IMO's that are solid and trust worthy. They stand behind me.
I had to change the color of your text Tom. Lavender makes me ill.

I hope you always feel that way about OLA. In years past, you wouldn't want them behind you...if you know what I mean.:twitchy:

I believe he went with Scott Glanton to TAG.

Top level leadership at OLA is completely different than it was 12 months ago.

I still have my personal contracts with OLA / HFG, but I don't recruit for them anymore.

I recruit full-time for an IMO in AL, GA, SC and TN.

Plus recruit for some individual groups in NJ, MI and OH.

Plus recruit for TAG in any other State not mentioned above for a few TAG groups.

Scott and the Metter group are my buddies forever, but I couldn't personally do the TAG model due to their LOA requirement.

Thanks for not typing that in Lavender. Gave my eyes a break.
