Fliers to Hang in Apt. Buildings

I sell FE in NYC, so I constantly go to prospects in Apt. buildings & projects,.

I recently saw a flier hanging next to the elevator advertising FE, with the agents contact info on it, I thought it was a good idea, generate some free leads. I looked all over for sample of this kind of flier, does anyone have or know of such flier, please share.

You sell insurance, right? That means you need to market yourself and what you sell.

Simple is better.

You can find many examples of direct mail cards by googling final expense direct mail samples. I would think that a flyer would work best with similar wording. I have designed some DM before by taking bits and pieces of the wording of others that I like. But the samples you will find have been tried and tested and obviously work for the mail houses as good as any. So I would make one as close to those as I could.

Be sure the housing or apartments where youu do these flyers does not have a no soliciting policy.
