For those of you using NORVAX...

My mistake

Michael:

Thank you for exposing yourself to questions. I have an issue with your company.

I unfortunately signed up with a one year contract late last year. I don't need the site and if fact am moving to domain to another website that will suit my needs better. I had expected to use prospect zone to solicit business in other states - either I suck at internet marketing or your leads are not as good as I had hoped. Either way, your site is useless to me.

Okay, I'm stuck in this one year contract. Makes no sense to me as I paid you a very large set up fee. By requiring me to continue a one-year contract guarantees I will never return to Norvax nor will I recommend your service to anyone.

All I have asked your support personnel is how I move your site under a different domain name. I simply need an IP address and instructions. I have been told that this costs $60. No, it should cost nothing.

About 10 days ago another member of you support team called me. He told me that there is no problem and would be getting back to me with the actual Norvax address to use. I'm still waiting.

I would like to drop the entire site but your contract does not allow it. So I pay $200 every month for something I don't need nor want. Your customer service department is useless.

What ever happened to service after the sale? If you guys actually sold insurance, you'd be out of business!

Rick

Rick,

I apologize as I have made a rookie error in somehow neglecting to point out that I am the senior sales representative at Quotit, not with the service you are currently using. I wish I could be of more service. Unless there are special circumstances, the length of the commitment to the Quotit service is only three months at a time.

But let me see if I can help you with your question. Lets say you cant get any help in changing the domain name in your service providers server. Albeit a little Mickey Mouse, you could simply forward the domain you would like to use to the existing web address of the site.

Golden Rule and Norvax

I went to a seminar on Tuesday given by GR in King of Prussia, PA. They discussed the rollout of the changes made to their products that were effective July 1st. It was a two-hour seminar, but the last 30 minutes were devoted to peddling Norvax and some kind of producer's club that GR has where the Norvax system is included. An agent can sign up for $100 and agree to write one GR app/month. They had a drawing for a door prize---an iPod. I am glad I didn't win it because I wouldn't know what to do with it. I am just getting used to computers. The winner had to submit a Form W-9 before they would give her the iPod she won.:goofy:

The producers club is a good deal . . . as long as you don't let Norvax sucker you into upgrading.

The value of the benefit from Norvax is overstated. The Prospect Zone leads are fine as long as they are free. That's about what they are worth.

Are they going to 1099 for the value of the Norvax "gift" as well?

Any of you guys and gals know the details of GR's incentive listed below???? Length of stay, what's included, yadda, yadda, yadda, They don't seem to want to share the details on the website.....

Hawaiian Vacation for Two

Submit 50 applications between 6/1/07 and 12/31/07 and you and a guest may be on your way to a Hawaiian beach getaway with all our winners.

Haven't heard yet. Their incentive programs are pretty good. Our office gets Omaha Steaks every year from them and they payed for a trip to Disney last year. Of course, Blue Cross pays cash and that's always nice...except when they get nasty and pay in Euros.

My goal is to save up enough money so I can buy a salmon farm and have lox and bagel's everyday....Now that is paradise....
