For those of you using NORVAX...

You Choose

The Norvax system is set up for you to filter out the plans that you dont want to quote, it will quote the Max Plan and the Core-Med and you can get rid of the rest that you dont want to quote. Makes no sense to quote 100 different plans. But if you dont set up your settings right, you will look like E-Health, not the way the system was designed. If used correctly, after you speak to the Client, works like a charm, well ateast for me.

Norvax does indeed allow you to pick the plans you want to show . . . from among the plans the carrier will allow you to show.

That is not the gripe.

The issue is the schizophrenic quote engine that some days will quote all available plans and the next will leave off the plans you want to show . . . such as the One Deductible.

Over the past several days the only HSA plans available from Time were the Save Right HSA. Customer no service at Norvax said they are still trying to get the rates from Time.

I find it odd that eHealth has no problem getting the rates from Time and showing the One Deductible. You do know that eHealth uses the Norvax quote engine, right?

On more than one occasion I have found the rates quoted by the Norvax engine to be off by 15% or more from the same data entered in to company software.

Seems the only way to get Norvax to respond is to expose the weaknesses of their system on a public forum.

Has anybody had the problem of emails generated in Norvax getting caught in people's spam filters? I have had countless people tell me that they didn't received the quotes I sent them. I tell them to check their spam filter and there it is.

It is almost impossible to send out a Norvax quote and have 100% delivery. The graphics & hyperlinks will not make it past the most sensitive spam filters.

I have more problems with AOL addresses than any other.

Quotit gives you options that have a better chance of delivery.

Norvax will try every trick in the book to keep you locked in. They are as bad as cell phone companies.

I notified Norvax I was ending my relationship as of the end of June. They fired back telling me I can NOT cancel without paying a $375 early termination fee since I had not yet fulfilled my 12 month contract.

Only one problem.

I have a SIX MONTH CONTRACT with no penalties.

Weasels!

Yesterday I ran a quote on Norvax and discovered that, not only am I not getting Time HSA plans (other than the Start Wrong limited benefit HSA) but on this particular quote there were NO eligible plans from GR.

Reported that to GR since they are heavily promoting Norvax now. They tested and discovered the same thing. They called Norvax. Norvax told them that particular quote would not show any plans from GR since the dependents included a 21 year old and I had not checked STUDENT.

Of course GR does not check for student eligibility any more, so the Norvax engine is wrong.

Do you think Norvax admitted the problem?

Nooooooo.

It is a glitch.

One they refuse to acknowledge.

Their remark to me was that I was not inputting the data correctly.

Guess that would apply to those who find my quote engine (or eHealth) and do it themselves.

Funny thing is, they told me other carriers would be eliminated from the quote also if student was not checked.

That was another lie.

Does anyone who uses Norvax use the Lead Miner/Auto Responder? I am trying to decide which company/service to use for follow up emails. I have heard a lot of people on the forum use Constant Contact. Can you included a quote with CC? My question, is there an advantage to using Norvax because the prospect will be getting an updated quote along with the email? Or does that matter?
