For those of you using NORVAX...

Leadminer is a waste of money unless you are running 300+ leads a month thru and dont have time to follow up. I know a guy who buys about 500 leads a month, uses Norvax with the website & leadminer. He says he writes 3 - 4 cases a month by having leadminer do the auto follow up.

I assume he is telling the truth. He has no reason to lie about it.

You cannot quote with Constant Contact but you can use it for mailing newsletters & other info to your prospects.

Look at Quotit. In my opinion they have a better format than Norvax at about the same cost and their rates are ACCURATE . . . something Norvax hasn't quite got a handle on.

If anyone wants to know about Quotit let me know, I have them up and running!! It's pretty nice too!

Email or call me!

Michael:

Thank you for exposing yourself to questions. I have an issue with your company.

I unfortunately signed up with a one year contract late last year. I don't need the site and if fact am moving to domain to another website that will suit my needs better. I had expected to use prospect zone to solicit business in other states - either I suck at internet marketing or your leads are not as good as I had hoped. Either way, your site is useless to me.

Okay, I'm stuck in this one year contract. Makes no sense to me as I paid you a very large set up fee. By requiring me to continue a one-year contract guarantees I will never return to Norvax nor will I recommend your service to anyone.

All I have asked your support personnel is how I move your site under a different domain name. I simply need an IP address and instructions. I have been told that this costs $60. No, it should cost nothing.

About 10 days ago another member of you support team called me. He told me that there is no problem and would be getting back to me with the actual Norvax address to use. I'm still waiting.

I would like to drop the entire site but your contract does not allow it. So I pay $200 every month for something I don't need nor want. Your customer service department is useless.

What ever happened to service after the sale? If you guys actually sold insurance, you'd be out of business!
