Re: Norvax or Quotit
I don't know. Marc uses Norvax and he sent me a sample quote and I was impressed with all the features their system has.
I use the IFP quote engine of Rogers Benefits. I have NO IDEA why they maintain an IFP engine because I don't think they take IFP... and even if they did no one with half a brain would submit an IFP to a GA... but its a pretty good quote engine for my needs.
For group I tend to like the Benefit Mall engine just a tad better than Rogers, but it's a close call.
The best IFP engine in my opinion is zapquote but it is not free and I feel guilty using the demo all the time.... but would not get $65/month of use out of it if I subscribed.
I run all my own quotes. I don't encourage clients of mine to do that work.... but if they want I give them links to the "my" sites on the carriers servers or I tell them to play on the ehealth site.
I've never had anyone go 'direct' though ehealth but if they did they would probably not be a client I would want anyway. Most of my folks are fairly HNW and they value service, attention, etc.... and they know I don't cost them anything... although there is one person here who would claim I'm the worst agent on the planet and that alone is a 'cost.' And I may be the worst... but clients like me, they like my newsletter, and so far I've not made any major mistakes that I know about... not that I'm actually smart enough to know what I know yet! It's only been about 18 months for me and I think I finally understand what a co-pay is :-)

Anything has to be better (and cheaper) than Norvax.
