Forester's Rate Increase???

Replaced a couple LH policies just yesterday. Wrote them both with RNA. They both had 10k db, and I was able to keep their premiums the same while increasing db by roughly $3k each.

The FE was just a "warm-up" sale to the six figure FIA I wrote afterwards. I've only been writing RNA for a few months, but so far they seem to be a top notch FE company.

Why any agent would choose to write a sub par product knowingly, only to have another agent come replace it is beyond me. I like my biz to stay on the books, and I do that by building a good relationship, and writing the best product to begin with.

AWESOME job! by being able to represent multiple companies, you were able to give a family a larger death benefit, while keeping premiums the same...This is something LH and Senior Life agents don't get...They only care about themselves, and not the clients

Appreciate the kudos! I considered going with a full med WL, but they both had some med conditions (not major) but would have been rated. Had they been in a bit better health, I could have done even more for them. Either way, felt good to increase their coverage by around $6k combined, while building trust to help them get their savings working harder for them.

Matt, you could give the cheapest rate to your insulin diabetics using SL super-preferred. Why don't you use SL for the insulin users since none of the other FE carriers can beat the rate? This is a fair question isn't it? I mean you are always touting use the cheapest premium right?

Ignore insuranceman as have confirmed with another sl agent that insulin diabetics don't qualify for super preferred rates. I just went back thru their underwriting guide and confirmed this. Greg is a story teller. Just ignore hi

For every lousy sl and lh agent there are 10 people like you. Keep up the good work

:laugh: That is some funny stuff right there

SL is good for the owner and a couple rare managers, all on the backs of agents and policyholders

I know, but he wanted to talk some smack. You won't ever hear a producing agent sing the praises of LH or SL. The only people that do that are recruiting for LH and SL.

Matthew, why don't you put some $$$ where your mouth is about this issue? You won't do this because you are wrong or broke or both.

Been confirmed...SL already expensive product is becoming even more expensive! Good Luck to all those who come across SL policies in the near future!!
