Forester's Rate Increase???

He will just ignore you, then call you a one man pony show...I guess your a one man pony show if you don't work for One particular company as a W-2 employee...Crazy

But I am a one man pony show...:D .. I quit recruiting long ago.. And at 67, I have nothing to prove but then I don't make wild statements while hiding behind an anonymous internet ID.. I perfectly willing to back up any claim I make and MGA should be willing to do the same.

I agree with you 100% ....if you feel strongly about an organization at least provide some details as to why

As a side note, the head underwriter at SL has over one year experience selling FE. Think about that for a minute. An underwriter who has been in the agent's shoes selling FE. That's strong no matter who the Co. is. Do any other FE Co.'s have underwriters with production experience? If your Co. does you know how valuable this is.

Selling FE for who? If it was Sr Life why did he leave such a lucrative business to underwrite?:D

I'll call BS on yet another claim by the chief recruiting bile spewer.

OK thanks, I dont think I can contact him by pm since this is my 2nd post. Do you know how I can get in contact with him? And from what I know, Forester is in NY, Columbian mutual and Presidential life is out here also, just to give you a few.

I know your busy, so thanks in advance-

Those are just about it. American Progressive just pulled out and Unity goes in and out of writing, but that's really about it. You can reach me by email if you like, [email protected].

I saw Michael Dell selling Dell computers yesterday...Another CEO getting down and dirty...He was doing this from a garage, with Bill Gates....They obviously have about as much free time as a SL underwriter does

Outside of the rates, there isn't much exciting with the changes. They shorten the app but all they did was separate required notices and the EFT paper. You need them all anyhow for a sale so you still have the same amount of paper when going to the clients house regardless, now you just have to remember all the pieces instead of a single app.

Couple of changes are on the new app as I posted in another thread

Looks like amputation from diabetes is now a knockout question instead of a 24 month look back, and oxygen from a CPAP are excluded (which it should have been on the old app)

Those new rates suck ass

I'm really liking AA alot these days- they have have everything an agent needs

Final Expense, a competitive easy term up to 250k non med, a really good easy UL (love that thing) a whole product no med up to 100k if ya' need one... You got everything you need in one company there with AA

PHI on the FE is a tad shorter than Foresters, but their PHI on the non med term can be a bit long- you can do it there or let them call the client after they receive the app.. I like to complete the PHI at the house and get the sh*t done with myself..

Pay daily.. pretty good easy agent website to track your business.. can get a risk evaluation from an UW pretty quick.. all in all... good people at AA
