If the leads are fresh and they sound like they are if you waited 3 weeks for them to come in then the leads are not bad.

I agree with Captain94 that if the leads took 3-weeks to get it appears that they may be legit. But "Free" leads is always a huge red flag. 99% of the time they are old reworked bogus leads that are used as bait to sign new agents up to horrible contracts with seedy FMOs. I'm sure there are exceptions but that's very few and rare.

But there is a chance that they are decent leads and you haven't been trained yet how to work them.
