I'm not aware of any, but I have personally had most claims inside 2 years paid. Absolutely none with American Memorial. So with the painful PHI and low comp, I stopped selling them.

Not hating but one agent isn't enough for me to say they don't pay claims. Hell 20 agents isn't enouh. I'd have to see the numbers.

To each their own. They had fantastic rates for 80+, but the comp sucked. I could live with that, but when nothing got paid, I bailed.

A complete waste of your time to put in the work and get paid.....then they take it back from you.

I don't think American Memorial is representaive of Assurant. I believe Assurant has a good reputation and they just entered the Med Supp market with very good rates. I'm picking them up.

LOL! I remember that! Seems Securus is very good at creating plans that only they can sell, but seems like the problem is that they don't hold up on their end of the bargain.
