Goodbye Norvax, hello Quotit

Have talked to several other agents and all are very interest in
Insurint. One will be leaving Quotit for Insurint this month. We are having our personalized demo this week. Not sure about others, but
from all the agents we have talked with, many think this is the best of the best.
Thanks SunDevil! Please private email me here if you have questions after your personal demonstration.
What I think is just as meaningful as where we are NOW (with solid backoffice quoting for 100+ carriers, new co-browser, LOW pricing for new customers coming in Jan and Feb only), is where we are GOING, and how quickly we are getting there. Our focus and speed, as well as attention to our agent questions and requests, is like no other company I have seen. No distractions e.g. lead generation and sales, GA calling the shots, recruitments, direct sales, etc. I am committed to ensuring we stay that way.
To those who have private emailed me- please include your contact information. I cannot private email you back yet until I have 30 posts.
Thank you, - Mark

The figure quoted to me (not thru AHCP) was $140. That was in December.

It is a powerful, albeit sluggish, program. Just not sure I need to invest double what I pay now, especially when there are things I don't need built in. Seems an ala carte approach would be better, but they didn't ask me.

Hi Somarco,
Pricing is significantly lower than this now. I don't quote pricing on forums, but we ask that you please call us at 1-800-INSURINT or private email me here with your contact information. We have standardized and quite lower pricing for Jan and Feb only. If you sign with us during Jan/Feb (with NO LOCK-IN period), you will continue to be Grandfathered at that rate as we expand Insurint on a monthly basis in response to agent requests and suggestions (via our iSuggest member tool). For instance, sluggishness as you put it, has been taken care of since your look. We have corrected speed between screens and in our lead import, in particular. As we grow, we are learning more and more from our agent customers. We turn those lessons into results.
Thanks very much for your thoughtful comment.

Is insurint cheaper than Quotit?
Insurint is different than our competitors. Depending on what you would choose with us, or with them, you would have different pricing. Also, not apples to apples.
We welcome you to a personal demonstration, if you would like to see the answer to this question on your own. Please private email me here with your contact information if so. Thank you. - Mark

Mark -

Right now you only promise to have a quote engine that can be added to our consumer websites. How can any agent take advantage of a lower price when we don't know when things will be up and running?

Your stuff looks great, but if it's almost unusable for several months, why are we paying now? Looks like you're selling options.

Hi Rick, please read my previous message in this thread. We ARE up and running and growing very quickly. We have many agents using Insurint and doing quite well right now. Again, Insurint is a new way of selling, using backoffice and integrated web sharing tool. We DO have consumer quoting. You use your website to make the connection, then run the show using the backoffice quoting and web-sharing tool.
Today's model of consumer doing quoting on their own does not work very well in my opinion. We ask agents all the time, how many sales have you gotten from consumers running quotes on their own? The answer is usually 0, or just a few.
For competitive reasons, and to serve existing habits, and also to connect synergistically to our backoffice/cobrowser tool, we will have a superior non-agent-driven consumer quoting tool available in March. We are firmly committed to hitting that date- in fact we have this up and running in production already in two instances; all the carriers and quoting is operational in backoffice, and we are finalizing for the market now.
We thank you for your patience and ask that you try today's, complete, Insurint backoffice/websharing solution. It's likely that you'll find it's all you really need.

As I asked previously, you are offering a discount for Jan and Feb but won't have the consumer quote engine until March. Since I want this engine on my website, this means I need both you and quotit for several months therebye negating any discount you offer.

I'd LOVE to sign up, but the money would be wasted until your're ready to roll.

I really am having a hard time choosing between Quotit and Norvax. I hear Quotit looks and performs better, but Norvax has more options as far as companies available in some states. It is really hard to decide as they both look nice The one thing I don't like about Norvax is the fact that they sell your leads in your aren't licensed in that state.

Norvax is the fact that they sell your leads in your aren't licensed in that state.

Why is that an issue?

Back when I was using Norvax I got paid for every lead they sold. Usually cut my monthly fee in half.

Quotit did the same thing for a while and then stopped.

Honestly it's not really worth the little bit of money I will get for my potential clients to get calls from several different agents after using my site. It just isn't what I want to represent to them.

Yesterday I had a client that was wanting to compare Kaiser HSA plans to other HSA plans. Well not too suprisingly Kaiser was not quoting correctly on my Norvax. Called Norvax and they blamed it on Kaiser saying this is linked to their system and hopefuly it will be fixed soon. UGH!

After speaking with Norvax I got an email from Michael Foster advertising a promotion for Quotit. I spoke with Michael at length about the strengths of Quotit and afterwards I played around with the system. One thing that impressed me is that Michael did not try and sell me on the website package since I have my own website and all I need is a quote engine. The cost for just that is $79 a month. Oh, and from what Michael told me Kaiser does not provide a direct link for quoting. It's all set up on quote engine side of it. I really hate being lied to Norvax!

I have to say I am very very impressed with the Quotit softeware product. Far too many pros to list here. My biggest concern was would I lose all the contact info I already had my Norvax. I spoke with Michael about this and he said for a small fee Quotit can import my Norvax database into the Quotit database. SOLD!!!!!!!!

I have worked with many people that have used both systems, and by far Norvax is the vendor of choice. It is important to remember that all companies, no matter their trade, will have issues. The measure is on how quickly they can respond and make corrections. From what I understand, Norvax is superior in this measurement. Good luck.
