Google Showing Just Ads?

I think I've seen it for several different searches, and it is very random. Yesterday, what caused me to start the thread was the search: P90x workout schedule. All that showed on the entire screen was a single peach box with two ads in it. Refresh, and it's back to normal.

Scanned my pc, not spy or malware. Google's up to something if you ask me.
