Graded/Modified for People Under 50

You should of made him take you to lunch before telling him your the one replacing his policies:D

He knew. Where do you think he "heard" my name? I was with a client recently where I had replaced an LH policy. We called LH to stop the draft and the LH person asked the guy why he was stopping the draft. he told them he just got a better deal. The LH person asked, "did you get a better deal from JD?".

He told her it wasn't really any of their business.

Now I get a recruiting call from them. I don't know if they are smart or dumb.

Would that be along the same line as, "he is so ugly, he is cute". .. "he is so dumb, he's smart"?

I hate to mention this, but LH would work for those.:goofy:

The problem is once they find out you sell other companies they terminate your contract. Home office says you are not a captive agent and "lots" of agents sell theirs along with others but it is up to the regional if they want to allow it or not. The regional for PA is LH only or gtfo.

Tell the regional guy to keep on supplying lh policies around Pittsburgh so I,can replace them please

I got a call Monday from a Lincoln Heritage recruiter. Said he had heard a my name quite a bit and wanted to know if I would consider working for him.

I told him I was surprised to hear from LH after all these years and I might consider them if they returned all my renewal money they had been keeping. He said, "oh, you used to work for us?". Right then I knew was one of them. he already took ownership of the company.:D

He then went on to trash the manager that I was under and also claimed to not know anything about the $250/mo vesting rule. Then I explained to him the deceiving letter that they sent and still send to my clients. he said, "I've heard about that stuff".

I also told him that I had heard of him too. he was the agent on the last 3 LH policies I replaced.

He must have decided that it wasn't going anywhere talking to me because he hung up after I mentioned those replacements.

Did it turn out there is another recruiter for LH in our area that is not under Mike N?

He hinted that they had kinda pushed Mike N aside. he is still with LH according to the guy that called me.

I wouldn't know. Apparently he went into the witness protection program after he sent me over $800 in leads that I did not ask for. He wouldn't return phone calls or emails. I think I saw his picture on a milk carton one day.

What do you do when that happens? I have a friend with LH who was sent 40 leads without being asked and told he was going to a certain county. He didn't know what to do and the power structure is such that you don't question anyone so he just took them and ran them.

I paid for them and worked them. In the email I sent him I told him that I didn't want or ask for those leads but that I would go ahead and work them but to not send me anymore leads. He never responded to that email but he didn't send anymore leads either. Shortly after that I got a termination letter and the reason for termination given was "at your manager's request".

I'm expecting that letter with the same reason any day.
