Graded/Modified for People Under 50

Its terrible that you got leads that you didn't order. I can see how it happened for sure.

When I order leads through LH I have to order for my whole group based on what areas and how many we need. All the leads get sent to my account and I am responsible for getting the leads to my agents. If for some reason I ordered more than we can work I would have to eat the cost.

For myself instead of dumping the leads on the agents I just take them myself and try to make some extra cash.

Some managers would rather not do the extra work or absorb the costs them self's. Its an easy problem to fix for the manager if they just stay on top of their drops.

Anyone that doesn't understand how to properly schedule drops should not have been responsible for an entire agencies orders.

The main problem for this biz is that there is too much room for corruption at the manager/agency levels.

You really have to find an up line that is honest and understands the business to a T.

Good luck with that!! ;).

I agree about corruption at the manager level. However, Many times it is easier said than done finding the right fit. Especially if the agency has territories. Then you get stuck with who you are told you have to go with.

I was lucky finding the right mentor when I started. I saw many much brighter (most) people than I enter and fail out in the same company selling the same products.

JD and others have said Travis was hands down the best manager at EFES. Now he is not there any longer. Do they follow him or stay with the agency?
